Preston Baker are pleased to confirm exchange of contracts has now taken place for Mallard Homes second site located in the picturesque village of Ravensworth, Richmond. The choice development site for 5 dwellings is the first new build property for several years in the desirable village, which boasts Ian Botham as a resident.
Preston Baker were thrilled to work with Mallard Homes on their latest acquisition, which will lead on from their successful Eureka Lodge Gardens development in Swadlincote. Paul Heap, Managing Director of Mallard Homes said:
